Criteria and Review. 13.4.1 Council will complete a personnel requisition document indicating that the criteria for the fixed term contract have been satisfied. A copy of the document will be made available to ECC representatives on request. 13.4.2 Members of the ECC will be given an updated list every three months of all employees engaged on fixed term contracts, regardless of whether the ECC meets or not. 13.4.3 Subject to agreement of the ECC, Council may disregard the criteria for fixed term contracts where there are extenuating circumstances, and both parties agree an alternative arrangement.
