Critical Valves. The Company shall maintain an adequate quantity of primary (critical) distribution valves such that it is reasonably likely in most instances that customer restoration time will not exceed twelve hours duration and isolation areas are limited to no more than 1,250 customers. (Distribution valves do not include station valves.) The Company will notify the Staff within 60 days of any planned significant change in this program if the quantity of primary (critical) distribution valves decreases by more than 5% during an annual program review.

  • Critical Illness Three (3) days per year, with pay, shall be granted in the case of a critical illness or accident to a member of the employee's immediate family as defined in Section 9.4.2.
