Cross Connections. Applicant shall not install any cross connections and shall prevent any backflow to culinary delivery facilities. The TSWS has the right to inspect Applicant=s plumbing for cross connections and other public health hazards.

Cross Connections. If Customer is entitled to cross-connections under this Agreement, then Customer shall follow the procedures and rules set forth in this Agreement, and shall pay Licensor’s standard charges for the cross-connections, as specified and modified by Licensor from time to time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, Customer shall not have any right to perform cross-connections, except to the extent agreed to in writing between Customer and Licensor (but in any event, subject to the consent of all parties to whom Customer wishes to connect). Except to the extent otherwise designated by Licensor in writing, all cross-connections by Customer shall be via the MUX and/or MDF Rooms then offered by Licensor and no cross-connections shall be performed in any other manner or location, unless otherwise designated by Licensor in writing.
Cross Connections. It shall be unlawful for any person to connect any part of the Secondary Irrigation System to any part of culinary water system so as to create a potential cross-connection whereby irrigation water could be introduced into any system that provides culinary water. The use of swing connections shall not be permitted.
Cross Connections. Licensee may not run cables or wires of any kind from the Site Space to any other location in the Site without the prior written approval of Crown Castle pursuant to a Order Form describing the cross-connect and the charges applicable thereto. Cross Connections. A Cross-Connect is a leased physical connection (line) that is used to connect your environment with the Omega/Lynx Production/GTE environments. This maintains a single open circuit at all times, as opposed to a traditional shared connection. (a) Cross-Connect is a service provided by our data center(s) and is subject to a set-up fee as described in “Appendix A” of the Agreement. The Cross-Connect set up fee is charged on a per connection basis and is passed- through from the data center(s) to us, to you. (b) Cross-Connect is a leased physical connection provided by our data center(s) and is subject to a monthly pass-through fee charged by our data center(s) to us, to you, as described in “Appendix A” of the Agreement.

Cross Connections. During the Term of this MSA, subject to availability, cross connections on CoreSite’s Main Distribution Frame may be licensed by Customer from CoreSite Services, for the Cross Connection Fees. All cross connections by Customer shall be via the MDF/Main Distribution Frame designated by CoreSite Services, or other system reasonably designated by CoreSite Services, and no cross connections shall be performed in any other manner or location, unless otherwise permitted by CoreSite Services in writing (in its sole and absolute discretion). The term of the license of any such cross connections shall commence on the date of installation (or the first date of use, if earlier) and shall continue during the remainder of the Term; provided, however, Customer may terminate the license of any such cross connection earlier (but without affecting the Five9, Inc.; 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxx, Santa Clara, CA 15 remainder of this MSA), upon at least 30 days’ prior written notice to CoreSite Services (provided that, without limiting such notice period, the effective date of termination must be the 1st day of a calendar month). Customer shall not be entitled to any other cross connections or other connections. All cross connections shall be subject to the consent of the party with whom Customer wishes to connect (which shall be Customer’s responsibility to obtain). CoreSite Services may, from time to time, audit Customer’s cross connections and other connections relating to the Space and/or Building, and may enter the Space to do so. Customer shall reasonably cooperate with CoreSite Services in connection with any such audit. Without limiting the foregoing, within 10 days after receipt of written request from CoreSite Services (which request may be made from time to time), Customer shall deliver to CoreSite Services a detailed list of its then-existing cross connections and other connections relating to the Space and/or Building (including, without limitation, the identities and locations of the parties to whom Customer is connected).

Cross Connections. As necessary for interconnection of the Product with service provided by others, Crown Castle may request (as applicable), and Licensee will provide to Crown Castle, circuit facility assignment information and design layout records necessary to enable Crown Castle to make the necessary cross-connection between the Product and Licensee’s other service(s) from other provider(s). Crown Castle may charge Licensee non-recurring and monthly recurring cross-connect charges to make such connections.
Cross Connections. Only upon the prior express written consent of Licensor may Licensee cross-connect the Equipment with equipment or services of any other customer of Licensor, or any sub-licensee within the Premises, or cross-connect Equipment with other Equipment separately located in such a way as to inhibit access by Licensor to any location within the Premises. All installation, other work and incremental charges relating to the establishment of cross-connections by Licensee shall be established under the reasonable control and direction of Licensor. All charges associated with authorized cross-connections are set forth in the MRC Schedule. In the event Licensee fails to obtain Licensor’s consent, Licensor may provide written notice to Licensee to take reasonable specified actions regarding the cross-connects, in Licensor’s sole discretion, including without limitation complete removal of the cross-connections. If, within [**] days after such notice, Licensee fails to comply with the notice, Licensor may remove the cross-connects or take other reasonable actions at Licensee’s reasonable expense.
Cross Connections. Only upon the prior express written consent of Licensor may Customer cross-connect its Equipment with equipment or services of any other Customer or Tenant of Licensor, including any sub-Tenant/sub-licensee within the Premises. Failure to obtain the prior written consent of Licensor shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and Licensor may pursue any legal or equitable remedy available to it, including immediate removal of such impermissible cross-connects and/or the immediate termination or suspension of the License granted by this Agreement without any liability. All installation and other work relating to the establishment of cross-connections with any party for which Licensor gives explicit written permission shall be established under the control and direction of Licensor and shall be carried out in the Meet-Me-Area, as depicted on Exhibit A.
