REMOTE HANDS SERVICES. 11.1. Customer may request Leaseweb Support Services (the “Remote Hands Services”) in relation to Colocation Services and the Colocated Equipment. Remote Hands Services may include: pushing a button or switching a toggle; support of planned routine maintenance; tape swaps; power cycling equipment; cable organization, cross connect inventory and labelling; observing, describing or reporting on display information on machines or consoles; modifying basic cable layout; running diagnostics; installation of received equipment; typing commands on a keyboard console; replacing hardware components with spares or upgrades; circuit testing.

REMOTE HANDS SERVICES. Landlord, or an affiliate of Landlord, or an independent contractor on behalf of Landlord or such affiliate, offers certain limited maintenance services with regard to Tenant’s Personal Property (as the same may be offered from time to time, “Remote Hands”) at an additional cost (the party providing the Remote Hands services – whether it is Landlord, an affiliate of Landlord or an independent contractor, is referred to herein as “RH Provider”). For the avoidance of doubt, however, Remote Hands services shall not be available from RH Provider beyond the point at which a login prompt appears on Tenant’s Personal Property and the provision of Remote Hands services shall be subject to the terms of this Lease. The current list of available Remote Hands services (the “Current Remote Hands Services”), as of the Effective Date of this Lease, is attached hereto as Exhibit “I” (the “Remote Hands Addendum”). However, Landlord (on RH Provider’s behalf) reserves the right to modify the list of available Tier 2 (as described on the Remote Hands Addendum) Remote Hands services and/or the period(s) of time during which such services are available, from time to time, by written notice to Tenant. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in no event shall RH Provider be liable or responsible, in connection with the Remote Hands services, for the repair, configuration, tuning or installation of Tenant’s Personal Property or the Premises or any damage or loss caused by Remote Hands services, except to the extent that Landlord would have been liable under the terms of this Lease for such activities if the same had been performed by Landlord.

REMOTE HANDS SERVICES. This Section 4.2 shall apply with respect to the connection of any of Tenants telecommunications facilities and equipment in the Premises or Building to the telecommunications equipment and facilities of any third parties located in the Building.
REMOTE HANDS SERVICES. Landlord will provide Tenant with remote hands services jn accordance with Landlord’s standard rules and procedures. The Remote Hands Service Fees set forth below are subject to increase by Landlord from time to time, in its sole and absolute discretion. Tenant may request scheduled or unscheduled remote hands support at any time via OSS or by emailing xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx. All remote hands requests made with less than twenty-four (24) hours of notice will be considered emergency requests and shall be handled in the following manner: (i) requests made during normal business hours will be responded to within one hour of the request, and (ii) after hours/holiday requests will be responded to within two hours of the request. Remote Hands Fees: $150.00 per man-hour during business hours (i.e., M-F 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, excluding holidays), with billing in 15-minute increments and a minimum 15-minutes of billing $225.00 per man-hour during non-business hours with billing in 15-minute increments and a minimum 1 hour of billing.
REMOTE HANDS SERVICES. Hypertec shall provide one (1) full-time person, who is acceptable to the Customer, acting reasonable, and has the technical expertise to service the needs of the Customer (the “Dedicated Resource”), at the Site to perform the following remote hands services during Regular Business Hours:

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Personal Services 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 14, 16 and 17, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration or income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of personal (including professional) services shall be taxable only in that State unless the services are rendered in the other Contracting State.   • Other Services At the request of the Fund, the Adviser in its discretion may make available to the Fund office facilities, equipment, personnel and other services.
