Crossing of Picket Lines During Strike. An employee covered by this Agreement will have the right to refuse to cross a picket line or refuse to do the work of striking or locked out employees, or refuse to handle goods from an Employer where a strike or lockout is in effect. Failure to cross a picket line or to perform the work of striking or locked out employees or to handle goods from an Employer where a strike or lockout is in effect by a member of this Union will not be considered a violation of this Agreement, nor will it be grounds for disciplinary action.
