Crossing Picket Lines During Strikes. The Employer agrees that no employee in the bargaining unit will be required to cross any picket line which has not been declared illegal by a competent authority nor will he/she be required to work on any product that comes from or is intended for any employer whose employees are engaged in or affected by a strike or lockout which has not been declared illegal.
