Common use of CULTURAL/CEREMONIAL LEAVE Clause in Contracts

CULTURAL/CEREMONIAL LEAVE. 37.1. Employees are entitled to time off without loss of pay for cultural/ceremonial purposes, subject to agreement between the Employer and Employee and sufficient leave credits being available. 37.2. Such leave shall include leave to meet the Employee’s customs, traditional law and to participate in cultural or ceremonial activities.
