Cultural. Assistants who are assessed as unsuitable may be released from employment with forty-eight (48) hours notice or pay in lieu of notice. Pay Step Movement (24.04 (a)) As of their second term of appointment, Cultural Assistants will move to the Post- Probationary rate of Schedule the Salary Schedule.
