CUPE 3903 BENEFITS FUND. Effective September 1, 2021, and every 12 months thereafter, the Employer agrees to contribute an amount to assist CUPE 3903 to fund and administer its own plan or arrangement for benefits not covered by the collective agreement. The amount contributed by the Employer is $311,000 effective September 1, 2020, $387,000 effective September 1, 2021, and $472,000 effective September 1, 2022. Allocations from the Fund will be made by the Union. An Annual Report on the disbursement of monies shall be submitted in writing by the Union to the Office of Faculty Relations through the Labour/Management Committee by no later than September 30th of each year.
