Custodial Vacation Scheduling. As it pertains to custodial vacations, one (1) regularly assigned custodian must be on duty in their assigned building during winter and spring breaks unless prior approval has been obtained from the Administration. The following procedure for determining custodial vacation scheduling will apply: a. Vacation requests shall be submitted by August 1 for winter break and December 1 for spring break. Vacations shall be awarded on a seniority basis. b. Any vacation requests for winter break and spring break submitted after August 1 and December 1, respectively, will be considered on a first come first serve basis.
