CUT CONTROL. 9.01 The Licensee will comply with the cut control provisions of the Forest Act. 9.02 The five-year cut control period for this Licence means the 5-year period beginning on January 1, 1995, and each succeeding 5-year period.

CUT CONTROL. 6.01 For the purposes of the definition of "5 year cut control period" in Section 53 of the Forest Act, the first 5 year period for this Licence begins on January 1, 2000. 6.02 For the purposes of subparagraph (b) of the definition of the "volume of timber harvested during a calendar year" in Section 53 of the Forest Act, the volume of (a) avoidable residue, (b) unavoidable residue, (c) avoidable waste, and (d) unavoidable waste left on areas of land authorized for harvest under a cutting permit, as determined by an assessment under paragraph 5.01 or 5.04, will be charged to the Licensee as volumes of timber estimated to be wasted or damaged.
CUT CONTROL. 8.01 The allowable annual cut must be harvested in accordance with the cut control provisions of the Forest Act. 8.02 The five-year cut control period for this Licence commences January 1, 1992.
CUT CONTROL. 4.01 The five-year cut control period under this Licence will commence January 1, 19 , or as otherwise designated by the Regional Manager.
CUT CONTROL. 4.01 The provisions of cut control that apply to "Forest Licences that specify an allowable annual cut greater than 10 000 m3 and have a term of more than 5 years" under Part 4, Division 3.1 of the Forest Act, apply to this Community Forest Agreement 4.02 If the volume of timber harvested during a cut control period for this Agreement is less than the sum of the allowable annual cuts for that period that are authorized under this Agreement, the Agreement Holder must not harvest that unharvested volume of timber in a subsequent cut control period. 4.03 The unharvested volume of timber, referred to in paragraph 4.02, may be disposed of, by the Regional Manager to a person other than the Agreement Holder.
CUT CONTROL. 7.1 All volumes harvested, regardless of source (FNCFA or BCTS) within the FNCFA area-based tenure boundary, must be accounted for under either FNCFA AAC or BCTS apportionment. 7.2 All volumes being administered by the FNCFA Partners Company will be assigned to FNCFA for the purposes of cut control. 7.3 All volumes being administered by BCTS within the FNCFA area-based tenure boundary will be assigned to BCTS. 7.4 BCTS is not subject to cut control but administers its apportionment within a 5 year Business Cycle. BCTS will make best efforts to develop and issue its full apportionment within the FNCFA within each 5 year Business Cycle, however any unused BCTS apportionment remaining at the end of each cycle will carry forward into the next cycle, consistent with current government policy. To ensure transparency and awareness, BCTS will provide FNCFA with an annual summary of volume issued and unused apportionment remaining.

  • Pest Control Upon award, the Contractor shall manage all insect, weed and pest problems (as defined by Chapter 482, F.S.). In addition, any damage caused by pests during the implementation of the pest control program shall be immediately corrected by replacement with healthy turf or plants at the Contractor's expense. Pest Control program shall include, at a minimum, the following: 1) The Contractor shall inspect the entire property, including turf areas, shrubs, trees (including palms), and plants on a weekly basis for any pest infestation. All infestations, including disease, weeds, fire ants or other pests, shall be treated immediately upon discovery and notification by Performance Administrator or the Contractor. The County Performance Administrator must be informed of infestations discovered and treatments applied via email within 24 hours and included on the Monthly Vendor Inspection Report. All applications of pesticides shall be properly labeled by placards. 2) Application must comply with manufacturer’s recommendations. Every chemical substance used must be on the list of chemical substances or have been submitted for inclusion on such list, as compiled by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act and in compliance with all Federal, State, and local pesticide laws and ordinances. Materials and application shall meet all Federal Health and Safety Laws currently in effect. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) must be submitted in writing two (2) days prior to contract start date or before the use of a new approved chemical intended for use on this contract. All chemicals used must carry an EPA approved number. 3) Pest Control Services shall be performed according to Integrated Pest Management Strategies to control all insect, wee, and pest problems as defined by all sections under Chapter 482, Florida Statues including proper licensure whether by the Contractor or a sub- contractor to be supplied with pre-bid package.

  • Dust Control Dust-proof enclosures or partitions for protection wherever dusty or dirty work is performed and dampening of debris to avoid dusting when removed shall be provided and included as a cost of the work.

  • Job Control Personal Data being processed on commission (i.e., Personal Data processed on a customer’s behalf) is processed solely in accordance with the Agreement and related instructions of the customer.

  • Budget Control Records of expenditures must be maintained for each Award by the cost categories of the approved Budget (including indirect costs that are charged to the Award), and actual expenditures are to be compared with Budgeted amounts at least quarterly.

  • Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

  • Agreement Controls In the event that any term of any of the Loan Documents other than this Agreement conflicts with any express term of this Agreement, the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall control to the extent of such conflict.

  • Weed Control The tenant shall control all noxious weeds on the subject lands and maintain any summerfallow in a reasonably weed free condition.
