Cycle Bidding. After the full week and single day vacation bid cycles have been processed, any vacation requests will be honored on a first come first served basis subject to availability. Notification for these bids will be automatic by email or available on the scheduling software. If an associate’s bid is denied, the bid will automatically be “waitlisted.” If a day becomes available, the associate will be notified that the vacation request is approved.   • THE BIDDING 6.1 Each new bid shall not be less than the immediately preceding bid.

Bureau managers will consult with the Union prior to implementation of a reorganization to discuss proper application of this Article. Whenever the City determines that it will fill a vacancy in a new or existing job, present employees shall be given the first opportunity on the following basis: the City may choose from among the two (2) most senior qualified bidders for 25% of all vacancies occurring within a bureau in a Fiscal Year. Prior to posting, the City must identify a posting as one which will be subject to this provision.

  • For E-bidding The auctioneer and the Bank’s solicitor shall sign all 5 copies of contract first, right after the auction. The successful E-bidder must to come to the ESZAM AUCTIONEER SDN BHD main office in Seremban to sign the Contract of Sale within two (2) working days after the auction date.

  • Shift Bidding All stations will use voting procedures described below to determine shift bidding. A “show of interest” is defined as fifty-five percent (55%) of affected employees submitting their interest in writing:

  • NON-COLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATION In accordance with Section 139-d of the State Finance Law, if this contract was awarded based upon the submission of bids, Contractor affirms, under penalty of perjury, that its bid was arrived at independently and without collusion aimed at restricting competition. Contractor further affirms that, at the time Contractor submitted its bid, an authorized and responsible person executed and delivered to the State a non-collusive bidding certification on Contractor's behalf.

  • Quote Review Each Quote received from the Contractor will be reviewed in detail for appropriateness of quantities and tasks selected. Submittals will be reviewed, as well as the Work duration schedule and list of Subcontractor. The County will evaluate the proposed Work units and may compare them with the independent County estimate of the same tasks to determine the reasonableness of approach, including the nature and number of Work units proposed. The County will determine whether the Contractor’s Quote is acceptable.
