Common use of Daily Travel Clause in Contracts

Daily Travel. Daily travel allowance will be paid subject to the following conditions: a) When an employee is required to travel daily to a project that is greater than sixty (60) km radius from his permanent or one-half (0.5) hour from his temporary residence when receiving subsistence allowance. b) Where the Employer does not provide transportation. c) The daily travel allowance will be subject to agreement between the Employer and the Union for each project.

Daily Travel. Daily travel allowance will be paid subject to the following conditions: a) When an employee is required to travel daily to a project that is greater than sixty seventy-five (6075) km kilometre radius from his permanent or one-half (0.5) hour from his temporary residence when receiving subsistence allowance. b) Where the Employer does not provide transportation. c) The daily travel allowance will be subject to a pre-job agreement between the Employer and the Union for each project.

Daily travel allowance will be paid subject to the following conditions: a) When an employee is required to Daily travel daily to a project that is greater than sixty (60) km radius from his permanent or time shall be paid by the Employer for all time in excess of one-half (0.5½) hour, each way from the field office or other agreed upon marshalling point to the job site, at the employee's straight time hourly rate of pay. The first one-half (½) hour from his temporary residence when receiving subsistence allowanceto, and one-half (1/2) hour from, the job site shall not be paid time. b) Where the Employer does not provide transportation. c) The daily travel allowance will be subject to agreement between the Employer and the Union for each project.

Daily travel allowance will be paid subject to the following conditions: a(i) When an employee is required to travel daily to a project outside the travel free zone that is greater than sixty seventy- five (6075) km radius kilometres by shortest public road from his permanent residence or one-half (0.5) hour from his temporary residence when receiving subsistence allowance.; b(ii) Where the Employer does not provide transportation.; c(iii) Where the project is outside the free travel zone established in Article 13.03; (iv) The daily travel allowance will be subject to agreement between the Employer and the Union for each project.

Daily Travel.
