Damp Sample Clauses
The 'Damp' clause is designed to address issues related to moisture or water ingress within a property. It typically outlines the responsibilities of the parties—such as the landlord and tenant or buyer and seller—regarding the identification, reporting, and remediation of damp conditions. For example, it may specify who must repair damage caused by damp or how quickly such issues must be addressed. The core function of this clause is to allocate responsibility for damp-related problems, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring the property remains in a habitable condition.
