Publisher will make information available to Customer in a manner consistent with the functionality of the Offering and Publisher’s role as a processor of Personal Data of data subjects and the ability to fulfill data subject requests to exercise their rights under the GDPR. Publisher will comply with reasonable requests by Customer to assist with Customer’s response to such a data subject request. If Publisher receives a request from Customer’s data subject to exercise one or more of its rights under the GDPR in connection with an Offering for which Publisher is a data processor or subprocessor, Publisher will redirect the data subject to make its request directly to Customer. Customer will be responsible for responding to any such request including, where necessary, by using the functionality of the Offering. Publisher will comply with reasonable requests by Customer to assist with Customer’s response to such a data subject request.

DyzSocial will make the personal data of data subjects and data principals, as the case may be, available to the User and provide the User the ability to fulfill data subject requests under the Applicable Laws, both in a manner consistent with the functionality of the DyzSocial Services and DyzSocial’s role as a processor. DyzSocial shall comply with third-party’s reasonable requests to assist with third-party’s response to such a data subject request. If DyzSocial receives a request from third-party’s data subject or data principal to exercise one or more of its rights under the Applicable Laws in connection with the services for which DyzSocial is a data processor or sub-processor, DyzSocial will redirect the data subject or data principal to make its request directly to third-party. If BlocWatch receives a request from Customer’s data subject to exercise one or more of its rights under the GDPR in connection with an Offering for which BlocWatch is a data processor or subprocessor, BlocWatch will redirect the data subject to make its request directly to Customer. Customer will be responsible for responding to any such request including, where necessary, by using the functionality of the Offering. BlocWatch will comply with reasonable requests by Customer to assist with Customer’s response to such a data subject request.

If MarkLogic receives a request from Customer’s data subject to exercise one or more of its rights under the GDPR in connection with an Offering for which MarkLogic is a data processor or subprocessor, MarkLogic will redirect the data subject to make its request directly to Customer. Customer will be responsible for responding to any such request including, where necessary, by using the functionality of the Offering. MarkLogic will comply with reasonable requests by Customer to assist with Customer’s response to such a data subject request.

Customer will be responsible for responding to any such request including, where necessary, by using the functionality of the Offering. PHEMI will comply with reasonable requests by Customer to assist with Customer’s response to such a data subject request.

If Oversight receives a request from Client’s data subject to exercise one or more of its rights under Data Protection Laws in connection with the Services, Oversight will redirect the data subject to make its request directly to Client. Client will be responsible for responding to any such request. Oversight shall comply with reasonable requests by Client to assist with Client’s response to such a data subject request.
