Database Preparation. Perform an update to the existing survey database to ensure current property validity and compliance with GDOT Electronic Data Guidelines. No SUE services included. • Establish survey control, and create survey control package. • Complete GDOT approved INROADS database.
Database Preparation. Paramount Surveys, Inc. (PSI) will prepare a route style survey for the aforementioned area of land. The survey will be prepared in accordance with the Georgia Technical Standards for Property Surveys (180-7) and the Georgia Plat Act (15-6-67). The location of substantial above ground features and improvements will be shown on the survey. The location of visible above ground utility evidence will be shown on the survey. Right-of-way lines will be shown as needed along Lawrenceville Highway, Pine Street and the portion of First Avenue. Complete parcel boundaries will be shown for the aforementioned entire Tax Parcels. Paramount Surveys, Inc. will prepare a field-run topographic survey, including substantial breaks and changes in topography will be located at a minimum of fifty (50) foot intervals. Contours will be plotted on the survey at an interval of two (2) feet and spot elevations will be provided, as necessary. Trees with a size of four (4) inches and larger will be located and shown on the survey. An overlap of 25’ over property and R/W lines will be provided where accessible. Paramount Surveys, Inc. will obtain the services of a subcontractor to research and mark utilities in the right-of-way of Railroad Avenue and First Avenue and across private property. Upon completion of the marking, PSI will field locate and add to the aforementioned survey all marked utility lines.
Database Preparation. Provide detailed survey including the existing right-of-way, edge of pavement, curb & gutter, sidewalk, utilities (above ground and utility markings), and any potential impacts in the vicinity of the project such as medians, trees, walls, etc. Topographic data collected shall be sufficient for 2-foot intervals. Include property database.

Data collected shall be sufficient for 2-foot contour intervals. o Field survey visible planimetric features including existing edge of pavements, centerlines of roads, curbs and gutters, sidewalk, parking lots edges, signs, striping, signal cabinets, drainage structures, etc. o Field survey existing storm drainage systems (types, sizes, inverts, and end treatments) o Field survey for front or rear property evidence, whichever applicable.
Database Preparation. Upon receiving Notice to Proceed, Xxxxxx-Xxxx’x sub-consultant will provide detailed survey including the existing right-of-way, edge of pavement, curb & gutter, sidewalk, utilities (above-ground and 3rd-party utility locates), and potential impacts within the limits of the anticipated improvements such as medians, trees, walls, fences, etc. Topographic data collected shall be sufficient for 2-foot intervals. The limits of anticipated improvements are illustrated in Attachment 1 for scoping purposes. This scope of services contemplates detailed topographic survey within those illustrated limits. Database Preparation shall include property database for approximately 14 parcels identified via GIS screening, including existing right-of-way at intersecting streets near the extents of anticipated project area. Database deliverable will be to current GDOT standards including TOPO, UTLE, PROP, alg & dtm files.

  • Searchability Offering searchability capabilities on the Directory Services is optional but if offered by the Registry Operator it shall comply with the specification described in this section.
