Dati Personali. Fatto salvo quanto previsto all'art. 14, qualora sottoponga a trattamento dati personali, il Fornitore deve rispettare tutte le leggi applicabili, inclusa tra l'altro xx Xxxxx sulla protezione dei dati italiana n. 196/2003. Dati Personali. Obblighi del Titolare del Trattamento. Ciascuna Parte riconosce che, per il Trattamento dei recapiti professionali necessari per la gestione del presente Contratto, il Cliente e 3DS agiscono ciascuno in qualità di Titolari del Trattamento indipendenti in base alla propria informativa sulla privacy disponibile al pubblico. Il Cliente riconosce e accetta di essere e rimanere in ogni momento il Titolare del Trattamento dei Dati Personali che saranno trattati per suo conto nell’ambito dell’accesso e dell’utilizzo dei Servizi Online.
Dati Personali. Luogo del Trattamento dei Dati. Al fine di consentire a 3DS di prestare i Servizi Online, il Cliente incarica 3DS quale Responsabile del Trattamento e accetta che i Dati Personali forniti dal Cliente possano essere trasferiti, archiviati, consultati e Trattati in qualsiasi paese in cui 3DS o il suo Sub-Responsabile del Trattamento abbiano sede. 3DS garantirà che al proprio Sub-Responsabile del Trattamento siano imposti obblighi di protezione dei dati equivalenti a quelli stabiliti nel presente Contratto mediante un accordo scritto e/o le clausole contrattuali tipo della Commissione Europea, se applicabili, cosicché il Trattamento risponda ai requisiti della Normativa applicabile in materia di Protezione dei Dati.

In qualità di Responsabile del Trattamento, 3DS raccoglierà, memorizzerà e Tratterà i Dati Personali in conformità al presente Contratto, compreso l’Allegato sul Trattamento dei Dati pubblicato nei Termini del Sito Web di 3DS.
