Work Rates Sample Clauses

Work Rates. (column 13) (hourly/daily/mileage/shift basis) shall apply when equipment is under hire as ordered by the Government and on shift, including relocation of equipment under its own power. ON-SHIFT: Includes time worked, time that equipment is held or directed to be in a state of readiness, and compensable travel (equipment traveling under its own power) that has a specific start and ending time.

Work Rates. The minimum hourly rate of wages for journeymen sheet metal workers covered by this Agreement when employed in a shop or on a job within the jurisdiction of the Union to perform any work specified in Article I of this Agreement shall be as set out in Schedule A, except as hereinafter specified in Section 8.2 of this Article.

  • FIXED RATES If a fixed rate is in this Agreement, it is based on an estimate of the costs for the period covered by the rate.
