Common use of Days of Rest Clause in Contracts

Days of Rest. (a) An employee shall be compensated: (i) For hours of overtime worked on their first day of rest at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2T) for the first four (4) hours and double time (2T) thereafter, and (ii) For hours of overtime worked on their second or subsequent day of rest at the rate of double time (2T).
