Common use of Days of Work Clause in Contracts

Days of Work. 26.1 Working Calendar Days include all days that the Contractor is permitted to execute the Work or employ any person to execute the Work within the Contract Time. 26.2 Non-working Calendar Days include all Saturdays, Sundays, Legal State Holidays and any other days identified in the Contract Documents that the Contractor is not permitted to execute the Work or employ any person to execute the Work. The restriction of non-working Calendar Days may be suspended upon the approval or direction of the University.
