Death and Accidental Insurance. Full-time employees shall be covered by Life Insurance in the amount of $30,000.00. The Company shall pay the total cost of the Insurance Plan. The Life Insurance Plan shall not be changed, modified or discontinued, except by agreement between the Company and the Union.
