Common use of Death or Disappearance of a Child Clause in Contracts

Death or Disappearance of a Child. An unpaid leave provided for up to fifty-two (52) weeks of job protection for employees whose child disappeared as a result of a crime, or up to one hundred and four (104) weeks if a child died as a result of a crime.

Death or Disappearance of a Child. An unpaid Employees whose child disappeared as a result of a crime will be granted a leave provided for of absence of up to fifty-two (52) weeks without pay and without loss of job protection for employees seniority. Employees whose child disappeared died as a result of a crime, or crime will be granted a leave of absence of up to one hundred and four (104) weeks if a child died as a result without pay and without loss of a crimeseniority.
