Local Authorities Pension Plan. On return from an approved leave the employee may apply to have the leave recognized as pensionable service, in accordance with the Public Sector Pension Plans Act and Regulations. The sponsoring organization shall reimburse the City for the employer share upon receipt of an invoice from the City and the employee shall pay the employee's share.
Local Authorities Pension Plan. 24.01 Eligible Employees may participate in the Local Authorities Pension Plan as administered by the Employer.
Local Authorities Pension Plan. 15.1 All permanent employees shall participate in the Local Authorities Pension Plan, according to the requirements of the Plan, unless excluded by the conditions of that Plan.
15.2 Temporary employees are excluded from participation in the Local Authorities Pension Plan.
15.3 Employees who participate and who retire at any time in accordance with the Local Authorities Pension Plan Regulations (minimum age 55 with no less than five (5) years of pensionable service) shall receive a retirement allowance based upon the following formula: After 10 years service - 1 month’s salary After 15 years service - 2 months’ salary After 20 years service - 3 months’ salary
Local Authorities Pension Plan. All permanent full-time Employees shall participate in the Local Authorities Pension Plan.
Local Authorities Pension Plan. 9.09.01 All permanent members, after one year of continuous service, shall be enrolled in the Local Authorities Pension Plan. The member has the option of paying back their portion of the first year's pension contributions after enrolling in the Pension Plan. Contributions to the Plan shall be made by the County and the members in accordance with the regulations of the Plan.
Local Authorities Pension Plan. The Local Authorities Pension Plan (XXXX) shall be implemented by the Employer for all eligible Employee in accordance with the policy established by the Employer. LOCAL XXXXXXXXXXX RANGE SCHOOL DIVISION COPE491 Employee who were eligible and enrolled under the Local Authorities Pension Plan, but had their hours reduced by the Employer to a level which would otherwise make them ineligible under the Board’s Policy shall have their XXXX eligibility grandfathered as long as their hours do not drop below twenty-five (25) hours per week. Employee who, of their own choice, reduce their hours to a level which makes them ineligible for XXXX under this Policy shall adhere to the regulations of this Policy and shall be ineligible for continued enrollment in XXXX.
Local Authorities Pension Plan. 23.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Local Authorities Pension Plan for Regular Employees in accordance with the regulations of the Plan.
(a) For Regular Employees, who are regularly scheduled to work a minimum average of thirty (30) hours per week, the Employer and the Employee shall be enrolled and contribute to the Local Authorities Pension Plan (XXXX) for retirement benefits in accordance with the regulations of the XXXX.
(b) Regular Employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of fourteen
Local Authorities Pension Plan. 24.1. Eligible employees will participate in the Local Authorities Pension Plan according to its regulations and as administered by the Employer. Once an employee has qualified to participate in the plan such participation shall continue until such time as the employee's regular scheduled hours of work fall below fourteen (14) hours per week.
Local Authorities Pension Plan. All full-time employees covered by this Agreement shall participate in the Local Authorities Pension Plan and shall conform to all changes and amendments to the plan as provided by XXXX.
Local Authorities Pension Plan. All permanent and probationary employees whose regular shift schedule is a minimum of forty (40) hours bi-weekly shall be enrolled into the Local Authority Pension Plan. The Board and the employees shall be bound at all times to the Local Authorities Pension Plan Act and Regulations.
