Payment of Annual Leave on Termination On the termination of their employment, an employee will be paid their untaken or pro-rata annual leave.
Proportionate Leave on Termination Where an employee has given five working days' or more continuous service, inclusive of any day off as prescribed by Clause 11(1) - Hour or 16(4) - Shift Work (exclusive of overtime), and he/she either leaves his/her employment of his/her employment is terminated by the employer he/she shall be paid a twelfth of a week's wages for each completed five working days of continuous service with his/her current employer for which leave has not been granted or paid for in accordance with this award.
Rights While on Leave A bargaining unit member approved for a professional conference shall receive full salary while in attendance at said conference. In addition, an estimate of cost of reimbursement will be submitted with the request.
Benefits While on Leave An employee will continue to receive her/his salary and benefits while on paid leave under this Article. An employee on unpaid leave may arrange to pay the costs required to maintain benefit coverage in accordance with the local provisions of the collective agreement.
No Fault Termination PG&E shall request CPUC Approval of the Amendment following the Execution Date. If for any reason PG&E has not submitted an application to the CPUC for this purpose within 90 days of the Execution Date, Seller may terminate this Amendment without penalty or liability to PG&E. If the Conditions Precedent are not satisfied or waived in writing by both Parties on or before December 31, 2011, then (a) either Party may terminate this Amendment by providing written notice to the other Party and (b) neither Party shall have any obligation or liability to the other hereunder, including for a termination payment or otherwise, by reason of a termination made pursuant to this provision.
Payments on Termination Payments to the Advisor pursuant to this Section 13.03 shall be subject to the 2%/25% Guidelines to the extent applicable. After the Termination Date, the Advisor shall not be entitled to compensation for further services hereunder except it shall be entitled to receive from the Company within 30 days after the effective date of such termination all unpaid reimbursements of expenses and all earned but unpaid fees payable to the Advisor prior to termination of this Agreement.
Rights on Termination (a) If during the Service Term Executive’s employment is terminated under Section 5 above (x) by the Company without Cause or (y) by Executive with Good Reason, then:
Vacation Pay on Termination An employee whose employment is terminated shall receive vacation pay at the appropriate percentage of the wages or salary earned during the period of entitlement in accordance with the employee's years of service.
Sick Leave While on Vacation An employee who while on vacation is incapacitated for one (1) or more days due to personal illness or injury may charge such days to accrued sick leave. In such event, the employee promptly shall notify his department, and upon return to duty shall substantiate the need for, and use of, sick leave.
CONTRIBUTIONS WHILE ON UNPAID LEAVE As set forth in Administrative Code section 16.701(b), covered employees who are not in active service for more than twelve (12) weeks, shall be required to pay the Health Service System for the full premium cost of membership in the Health Service System, unless the employee shall be on sick leave, workers’ compensation, mandatory administrative leave, approved personal leave following family care leave, disciplinary suspensions or on a layoff holdover list where the employee verifies they have no alternative coverage.
