Deceased Employee. The city shall continue to pay the health insurance premiums for the spouse and dependants of employees fatally injured in the line of duty but limited to twenty-four (24) months for non-duty death; provided however, such obligation to pay the insurance premiums shall cease on the spouse upon remarriage of the spouse.
