Dedicated Access Services. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charge of $100 and a non-recurring charge of $200 for Type 1 T1 Dedicated Access at 1 NPA/NXX location mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

Dedicated Access Services. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $100 to $7,000 for DS-1, DS-3, OC-3, 600M GBE and OC-12 Access circuits at 16 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. One and three year terms apply. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a monthly recurring local loop charge of $255 for DS 1 Access. Converged Ethernet Access Service (Type 1): In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay monthly recurring charges ranging from $1,046.00 to $4,618 for Type 1 (On-Net to On-Net) 50M and 600M Converged Ethernet Access service. Circuits require a two-year term. If a circuit is terminated before the end of the term, Customer will pay a 100% early termination charge. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charge of $7,000 for Type 1 OC12 Access circuits at 1 NPA/NXX mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. These circuits may be subject to additional card or equipment charges. A 3 year term applies as of the 8th Amendment Effective Date. Company reserves the right to assess early termination charges equal to the remaining number of months in the3 year circuit term multiplied by the monthly recurring charge. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $100 to $1,500 for Network Connection charges of DS1, DS-3 and OC3 circuits. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charge of $10,000 for Type 3 OC12, Access circuits at 1 location mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. Private Line: Ethernet Virtual Private Line (EVPL) (Service Option 1): In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay monthly recurring charges ranging from $2,000 to $4,000 for the Type 1 (On-Net to On-Net) 50M and 600M Ethernet Virtual Private Line circuits between 4 mutually agreed upon locations by Customer and Company. These circuits require a two-year term. If a circuit is terminated before the end of the term, Customer will pay a 100% early termination charge.
Dedicated Access Services. Rates and charges are per the Tariff, except as stated below: 4.4.1 The following discounts apply to dedicated access for TDS1.5, DDS, DSO, and Fractional T1 service. Dedicated Access Services. Customer subscribes to and will receive the discounts off local loop charges only for channelized and unchannelized T-I access, DS0 access and DDS access and analog access provided pursuant to MCI's five (5) year Access Pricing Plan ("APP"). On a semi-annual basis, MCI will review the number of Customer's T-1 access circuits that are in service under this Agreement. On a going-forward basis only, MCI will provide Customer with the following discounts off local loop charges and credits toward AC/COC charges per T-1 circuit depending on the number of T-I circuits as follows:
Dedicated Access Services. Customer subscribes to and will receive the discounts off local loop charges only for channelized and unchannelized T-1 access, DSO access and DDS access and analog access provided pursuant to MCI's three (3) year Access Pricing Plan ("APP"). 4.3.1 In addition to the discount described in Section 4.3 above, the Customer will receive a thirty percent (30%) discount on its MCI monthly recurring charges under this Agreement for up to ten (10) MCI provided T-1 digital access channels and associated access coordination and central office connection charges, provided such channels are installed for use with MCI Services and are billed on MCI invoices. This monthly discount will be applied to Customer's T-1 carrier charges for domestic interstate service (as long as Customer makes payment pursuant to this Agreement). Customer shall also be eligible for the T-1 Digital Access Install Waiver Promotion, pursuant to the Tariff.

  • Data Access Services State Street agrees to make available to the Fund the Data Access Services subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and such data access operating standards and procedures as may be issued by State Street from time to time. The Fund shall be able to access the System to (i) originate electronic instructions to State Street in order to (a) effect the transfer or movement of cash or securities held under custody by State Street or (b) transmit accounting or other information (the transactions described in (i)(a) and (i)(b) above are referred to herein as “Client Originated Electronic Financial Instructions”), and (ii) access data for the purpose of reporting and analysis, which shall all be deemed to be Data Access Services for purposes of this Addendum.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • System and Data Access Services a. System. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and solely for the purpose of providing access to Fund Data as set forth herein, State Street hereby agrees to provide the Fund, or certain third parties approved by State Street that serve as the Fund`s investment advisors, investment managers or fund accountants (the "Fund Accountants") or as the Fund`s independent auditors (the "Auditor"), with access to State Street`s Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System and the other information systems described in Attachment A (collectively, the "System") on a remote basis solely on the computer hardware, system software and telecommunication links described in Attachment B (the "Designated Configuration") or on any designated substitute or back-up equipment configuration consented to in writing by State Street, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Verizon OSS Services 8.2.1 Upon request by ECI, Verizon shall provide to ECI Verizon OSS Services. Such Verizon OSS Services will be provided in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. 8.2.2 Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services that will be offered by Verizon, shall be as determined by Verizon. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right to change Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of ECI. 8.2.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, in providing Verizon OSS Services to ECI, Verizon will comply with Verizon’s applicable OSS Change Management Guidelines, as such Guidelines are modified from time-to-time, including, but not limited to, the provisions of the Guidelines related to furnishing notice of changes in Verizon OSS Services. Verizon’s OSS Change Management Guidelines will be set out on a Verizon website.

  • REMOTE ACCESS SERVICES ADDENDUM The Custodian and each Fund agree to be bound by the terms of the Remote Access Services Addendum hereto.

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.
