Dedicated Project Manager. Rutgers will provide a dedicated project manager to facilitate and manage the performance of Rutgers’ obligations under this Agreement, as well as to provide coordination with Pearson on all activities related to the Managed Programs.

Dedicated Project Manager. (PM) A Project Manager (“PM”:) will act as the main CPS point of contact to whom all communications relative to project engagement will be addressed, and who will have the authority to act on behalf of CPS in matters regarding this Agreement (this does not include the signing of any documents related to this Agreement); serve as the liaison between DocuSign and all CPS departments participating in the project; maintain their organization’s readiness, resource availability, and participate in project status meetings; obtain and provide information, data, and decisions within three (3) working days of DocuSign’s request; help resolve and escalate issues in a manner to accommodate the project within CPS,as needed. The PM will work closely with the DocuSign account team to leverage their expertise and accelerate time to value the program and project objectives. DocuSign’s Customer Success Architects (“CSA”) and professional services technical experts will share expertise and guidance in the following areas: ○ Best practice guidance and use case identification; ○ Feature and functional knowledge of the DocuSign product; ○ Product and technical knowledge of the DocuSign product; ○ General guidance and instruction on best practices; ○ Project planning and execution in relation to DocuSign’s proposed project scope; ○ Assistance in the rollout of DocuSign solution in Go-Live environment; and ○ Hands-on configuration within a demo account of the DocuSign web application to support the implementation of the initial use cases
Dedicated Project Manager. At the time of Contract award and thereafter, the specifically named individual(s) identified in Vendor’s response must be dedicated to this Project, until Project completion. If for some unforeseen event the proposed Project Manager becomes unavailable, replacement personnel may be proposed. Replacement personnel must have substantially similar qualifications as those identified in the RFQQ and ESD must agree to such replacement.   • Project Monitor The Project shall be monitored by the Sponsor through the Director of the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx County Human Services Department (“Project Monitor”). In the event of noncompliance with this Grant Contract by Grantee, the Project Monitor shall report said noncompliance to the Lancaster County Board for further action which may include termination of the Grant Contract.
