Replacement Personnel definition

Replacement Personnel has the meaning assigned to it in Clause 30.1;
Replacement Personnel shall have the meaning as set out in Clause 18.6;
Replacement Personnel has the meaning set forth in section 3.4(a) hereof.

More Definitions of Replacement Personnel

Replacement Personnel means the replacement of Specified Personnel in accordance with clause 4.4.
Replacement Personnel. The quality and professional credentials of the proposed resources submitted with the Bidder’s response are factors in the State’s decision to award a Contract. The Contractor may not remove the proposed resources from the Work without the prior, written consent of the State, for the duration of the Contract, including any extensions except for reasons listed. If the Contractor removes the proposed resources without prior written consent of the State, the Contractor will be in default and the State may terminate this Contract immediately for cause and without any cure period. NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT: Contractor resource(s) may be required to submit a completed and signed Nondisclosure Agreement to the ODPS as soon as possible after the Contract has been awarded and prior to a Purchase Order being issued. If required, failure to provide the required form may result in immediate dismissal of the resource, whereupon, the Contractor must submit replacement resource(s) with equal or better qualifications within the time limits as set forth in the Replacement Personnel section of this ITB.
