Deductions of the Union Dues or Service Fees. A. The University agrees to the adoption of a check-off system whereby Union dues or service fees are established by the Union and will be withheld from the Employee’s pay in equal amounts (as the frequency of the period may require). Such deductions for Union dues or service fees are to be transmitted to the duly elected Treasurer of the Union not later than the 20th day of the following month.
