Defect Correction. This means either a modification or addition that eliminates or works around a Defect in a non-software Deliverable so as to cause the non-software Deliverable to comply with the applicable then-current Specification.
Defect Correction. At Customer's option, Boeing will either Correct or reimburse Customer to Correct defects in Boeing Products discovered during the warranty period.
Defect Correction. When Customer reports a suspected Defect in the Appian Software to Appian, Appian shall attempt to recreate the suspected Defect based upon information provided by Customer. If the Defect is confirmed, Appian shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Customer with a Correction. For the purpose herein, a “Defect” is a failure of the Appian Software used by Customer to operate substantially in accordance with the then current Documentation. Appian is responsible for correcting Defects in only the most recent Release of the Appian Software; provided however, that Appian shall continue supporting the immediately preceding Release for a reasonable period sufficient to allow Customer to implement the newest Release. Customer must implement all Corrections within a reasonable time of receipt.
Defect Correction. When Ordering Activity reports a suspected Defect in the Appian Software to Contractor through Appian, Appian shall attempt to recreate the suspected Defect based upon information provided by Ordering Activity. If the Defect is confirmed, commercially reasonable efforts will be utilized to provide Ordering Activity with a Correction. For the purpose herein, a “Defect” is a failure of the Appian Software used by Ordering Activity to operate substantially in accordance with the then current Documentation. To the extent Ordering Activity purchases Maintenance Services in connection with an on premise license to the Appian Software, Contractor through Appian is responsible for correcting Defects in only the most recent Release of the Appian Software; provided however, that Contractor through Appian shall continue supporting the immediately preceding Release for a reasonable period sufficient to allow Ordering Activity to implement the newest Release. To the extent Ordering Activity purchases a cloud subscription license to the Appian Software, Contractor through Appian is responsible for correcting Defects in only the version of the Appian Software made available by Appian on the hosted environment. Ordering Activity must implement all Corrections within a reasonable time of receipt.
Defect Correction. If Publisher notifies Developer of a Build (including but not limited to the Gold Master) Defect, Developer shall correct and redeliver within a timeframe specified by Publisher acting reasonably, such process continuing until the Publisher determines that the Defect is corrected, waives the Defect for purposes of such Build or terminates this Agreement.
Defect Correction. If, during the Subscription Period, the Application materially fails to conform to the terms of this Agreement and the Licensee is able to reproduce the Application Defect in the version of the Application provided to the Licensee, Licensor will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a correction (“Corrected Application”).
Defect Correction. In the event that the Internet Software does not perform as warranted in paragraph 6.2 hereof, SmartServ agrees to use its best efforts to promptly make the Internet Software perform as so warranted. If SmartServ is unable to make the Internet Software perform as so warranted, DTN may, at its sole option, terminate this Agreement.
Defect Correction. We will use good faith efforts to remediate any defects in the Solution reported by You.

For the purpose herein, a “Defect” is a failure of the Appian Software used by End User to operate substantially in accordance with the then current Documentation. Appian is responsible for correcting Defects in only the most recent Release of the Appian Software; provided however, that Appian shall continue supporting the immediately preceding Release for a reasonable period sufficient to allow End User to implement the newest Release. End User must implement all Corrections within a reasonable time of receipt.
Defect Correction. (1) When you report a suspected Defect in the SOFTWARE to BAMBOO SOLUTIONS using its My Bamboo Support Portal, BAMBOO SOLUTIONS will attempt, based upon information provided by you, to recreate the suspected Defect. If the Defect is confirmed, BAMBOO SOLUTIONS will use commercially reasonable efforts, given the nature and scope of the Defect, to make available to you through the My Bamboo Support Portal a Correction in accordance with the guidelines set forth on BAMBOO SOLUTIONS’ website. BAMBOO SOLUTIONS will make available to Premium technical support customers live chat, telephone call back and live meeting support as appropriate and warranted to confirm Defects and develop Corrections.
(2) BAMBOO SOLUTIONS will not be responsible for correcting Defects in any release of the SOFTWARE other than the most recent release of the SOFTWARE, provided that BAMBOO SOLUTIONS shall continue to support the prior release superseded by recent release for a reasonable period sufficient to allow Premium technical support customers to implement the newest release or until the end of the current non-Premium technical support period.
(3) You agree to implement within a reasonable time all Corrections provided by BAMBOO SOLUTIONS hereunder.
