Deferred Salary Option. After a qualifying period of three years, teachers may elect to defer 20% of their annual salary for four years, and receive leave for the whole of the fifth year on 80% of their annual salary on commencement of the agreement.

  • Deferred Salary Leave Plan 1. The Board shall administer a Deferred Salary Leave Plan as determined by a separate agreement.
