Definition of Contractors-Employee written MOU between the Employer and the contract-employee.[LCW6] A contractor employee is one hired by the Employer for a term specified by a written agreement. The Employer shall meet and confer with the Union on the impact of contracting out bargaining unit work if the work will exceed a six-month period. Contractors employees are excluded from this MOU.
