DEFINITION OF EMPLOYEE STATUS & BENEFIT ENTITLEMENT. For the purpose of this Article "regularly scheduled" means any combination of shifts scheduled in advance and issued by the Employer. Employees at the commencement of their employment and at all times will be kept advised by the Employer into which of the following categories they are assigned. Regular Full-Time Employees Regular full-time employees are those who are regularly scheduled to work hours per day, hours per week or equivalent.
