DEFINITION OF EQUIPMENT. The word “equipment” as used in these Terms and Conditions, shall mean all portable restrooms used for the containment of septic waste material including holding tanks, sinks, and such other on-site devices as may be specified on the face of this Agreement.

DEFINITION OF EQUIPMENT. Any item costing $5000 or more and having an anticipated life of one year or more.
DEFINITION OF EQUIPMENT. Equipment is defined as tangible non-expendable personal property having a useful life of more than one year and an acquisition cost of $5,000 or more per unit. TREATMENT OF FRINGE BENEFITS: Fringe benefits are specifically identified to each employee and are charged individually as direct costs. The directly claimed fringe benefits are listed in the Special Remarks Section of this Agreement. TREATMENT OF PAID ABSENCES: Vacation, holiday, sick leave pay and other paid absences are included in salaries and wages and are claimed on grants, contracts and other agreements as part of the normal cost for salaries and wages. Separate claims for the costs of these paid absences are not made. If the College negotiates an indirect cost rate with a Cognizant Agency, that agreement will supersede this agreement. The new rate will apply to the SBDC Program as soon as it becomes effective.
