Definition of Immediate Family. For purposes of this Article, an immediate family member shall be limited to mother, father, grandfather, grandmother, or a grandchild of the unit member or of the spouse or domestic partner of the unit member and the spouse or domestic partner’s, son, son-in-law, daughter, daughter-in-law, brother, sister, brother-in-law or sister-in-law of the unit member or any person living in the immediate household of the unit member.
