Definitions, Gender and Number. Any capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Support Agreement. Any reference in this Agreement to gender includes all genders. Words importing the singular number only include the plural and vice versa.

If any date specified herein falls upon a Saturday, Sunday or public or legal holidays, the date shall be construed to mean the next business day following such Saturday, Sunday or public or legal holiday. For purposes of this Agreement, a "business day" is any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public or legal holiday.

  • Number and Gender Whenever the context so requires, the plural or singular shall include each other and the use of any gender shall include all genders.
