Deliberate Practice Plan. The individual professional development plan that includes one element of needed improvement selected by the teacher from a list of the following Xxxxxxx high-yield strategies/elements: (Providing Clear Learning Goals and Scales (Rubrics); Tracking Student Progress; Celebrating Success; Previewing New Content; Chunking Content into Digestible Chunks; Examining Similarities and Differences; Practicing Skills, Strategies, and Processes; Organizing Students for Cognitively Complex Tasks; Engaging Students for Cognitively Complex Tasks involving Hypotheses Generation and Testing; and Using Physical Movement.) The plan shall include a personal self-assessment to constitute baseline data with targeted dates for measuring growth expentancy. These data growth points will culminate in a summative deliberate practice score, which will comprise a portion of the instructional practice score. The Deliberate Practice Plan is not the Individual Professional Development Plan, but fulfills the state requirement for completing the Professional Development Plan (IPDP).

  • Professional Practices All professional services to be provided by Consultant pursuant to this Agreement shall be provided by personnel experienced in their respective fields and in a manner consistent with the standards of care, diligence and skill ordinarily exercised by professional consultants in similar fields and circumstances in accordance with sound professional practices. Consultant also warrants that it is familiar with all laws that may affect its performance of this Agreement and shall advise City of any changes in any laws that may affect Consultant’s performance of this Agreement.

  • Best Management Practices 1. Contractor shall conduct operations under this Contract so as to assure that pollutants do not enter municipal storm drain systems which systems are comprised of, but are not limited to curbs and gutters that are part of the street systems ("Stormwater Drainage System"), and to ensure that pollutants do not directly impact "Receiving Waters" (as used herein, Receiving Waters include, but are not limited to, rivers, creeks, streams, estuaries, lakes, harbors, bays and oceans).

  • Work Practices Employees must be willing and able to comply with the following work practices.

  • Data Practices The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is subject to the requirements of Minnesota’s Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Section 13.01

  • Professional Practice The parties agree that nurses who have professional practice complaints will make such complaint in writing to their manager and if such complaint is not resolved then it will be considered an appropriate topic at ONA management committee, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The parties agree that ONA members may use the ONA Professional Responsibility and Workload Report Form.

  • Standards of Conduct Whenever the Member is required or permitted to make a decision, take or approve an action, or omit to do any of the foregoing, then the Member shall be entitled to consider only such interests and factors, including its own, as it desires, and shall have no duty or obligation to consider any other interests or factors whatsoever. To the extent that the Member has, at law or in equity, duties (including, without limitation, fiduciary duties) to the Company or other person bound by the terms of this Agreement, the Member acting in accordance with the Agreement shall not be liable to the Company or any such other person for its good faith reliance on the provisions of this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement, to the extent that they restrict the duties of the Member otherwise existing at law or in equity, replace such other duties to the greatest extent permitted under applicable law.

  • SUPPLIER STANDARDS OF CONDUCT Accenture is committed to conducting its business free from unlawful, unethical or fraudulent activity. Supplier will act in a manner consistent with the ethical and professional standards of Accenture as described in the Accenture Supplier Standards of Conduct, including prompt reporting of unlawful, fraudulent or unethical conduct.   • Standards of Practice Standards of practice of CONTRACTOR shall be determined by the professional standards of CONTRACTOR’s trade or field of expertise and all applicable provisions of law and other rules and regulations of any and all governmental authorities relating to provision of services as defined in this Agreement.

  • Best Practice 9.1 The parties agree that Best Practice is simply a better way of doing things - it is a process of constantly changing and adapting to new pressures and work methods. Best Practices are not fixed. It is the method of operation to achieve exemplary levels of performance. Best Practices are not restricted to an examination of cost, but also include quality and timely completion of work safely and efficiently.

  • FAIR PRACTICES 1. As sole bargaining agent the Association shall continue its policy of accepting into membership all eligible persons in the unit without regard to age, race, color, creed and religious creed, national origin, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, veteran’s status, handicap, genetic information, ancestry, or membership or non-membership in any political or ideological organization. The Association shall represent equally all members of the bargaining unit without regard to membership or participation in the activities of any employee organization.
