Delinitions. Unless defined herein, terms in Ihis Agreement and Contract Documents will have the meanings provided in the Texas Uniform Grant Management Slandards (UGMS) or the Guidelines for I-missions Reduction Incenlive Grants (RG-388). The following terms have the meanings indicated. 1.1 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx - the time period established by the TCEQ and designated in the Scope of Work thai is used to determine the emissions reductions and cost effectiveness of the aclivily. The start date for the Activily Life will be established by the TCEQ. The TCEQ will notify the PERFORMING PARTY in writing of the Activity life start and end dates for each activity upon completion of all reimbursement s under this Agreement, submission by the PERl'ORMING PARTY and acceptance by the TCEQ of the final disposilion verification forms if required, and confirmation of initiation of TERP GPS Moniloring Service (TGMS) service if required. For replacement and repower activities, the Activity Life usually begins on the date the TCEQ has verified lhal proper disposition of the vehicle, equipment, or engine has occurred. 1.2 Annual Usage - the use factor designated by the TCEQ in the Scope of Work based on the hours of operation, miles traveled, or fuel consumption. The PERFORMING PARTY'S performance and accurate reporting of Annual Usage requirements is material to achieving the emissions reductions calculated in awarding the grant. 1.3 Applicalion - the application for TERP Rebate grant submil I ed by the PERFORMING PARTY including any amendments or supplemental condilions added to the application. An Applicalion may include one or more Supplemental Forms, which pertain to the individual aclivities to be conducted under the granl. T he Application is used to develop the Scope of Work of this contract. In case of conflict between the Application and Scope of Work, the Scope of Work will take precedence.
