Delivery of Credit Documents. The Assignment and Modification Agreements, Pledge Agreement, Security Agreement, Subordination Agreement, Guaranty Agreement (Anti-Fraud), Escrow Agreement and all other Credit Documents shall have been duly executed and delivered to Agent for the benefit of Lenders, together with all appropriate financing statements, and all such documentation shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Agent and its counsel.
