Delivery of Source Materials. DGBI shall deliver the Source Materials to Client upon delivery of the Final Version of the Web Site.

Delivery of Source Materials. 3.1 RadView shall deliver to OPNET, within two (2) business days following RadView’s receipt of the Source Code License Fee identified in Section 7 below, one copy of the Source Materials, in electronic form. The deliverables under this Agreement shall include the complete “build environment”, including full test system and all existing test cases for API and UI testing, as well as the source code for any custom developed build or test tools. This environment shall be installed and working on equipment delivered to OPNET by RadView. Title to the build environment and equipment shall pass to OPNET immediately following OPNET’s notice to RadView that OPNET has obtained all third party licenses required for the build environment deliverable: (a) as a licensee and/or (b) as an authorized sublicensee under a third party license(s) issued to RadView. The build environment and equipment shall be delivered as directed by OPNET during the Knowledge Transfer Period.
3.2 RadView shall deliver to OPNET, within two (2) business days following RadView’s receipt of the fourth installment payment of the Initial Services Fee one copy in electronic form of all “in progress” work related to the Java applet testing technology described under Section 2.3(c).

WMI shall retain title to all Source Materials supplied to Company or its designees, including all digital files derived from such Source Materials. Company shall maintain systems at no charge to WMI so as to be able to receive Source Materials, metadata and digital proofs in digital form and online, which shall include Wamnet.
(ii) All products ordered by WMI or its affiliates and manufactured and finished by Company shall be delivered at Company’s expense to Company’s central warehouse located in Alsdorf, Germany, or to the extent that Company elects to re-locate such Facility, then to such relocated Facility.

Delivery of Source Materials. Upon request by the Company, but in no event later than the delivery of the Final Copy, the Developer will deliver to the Company all Source Materials.
Delivery of Source Materials. 4.1 The Agency shall, on the Commencement Date or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, deliver to the Licensee a copy of all Source Materials for the Licensed Technology that are in the possession of the Agency.
4.2 The Agency shall, on the last working day of each Annual Period during the term of this Agreement, deliver to the Licensee all Source Materials pertaining to any and all Agency Improvements that the Agency has developed and/or acquired during such Annual Period.
4.3 The Licensee shall, on the last working day of each calendar quarter during the term of this Agreement or more or less frequently as reasonably requested by the Agency from time to time, deliver to the Agency all Source Materials pertaining to any and all Licensee Improvements that the Licensee has developed and/or acquired during such quarter. If requested by the Agency after receipt of such Source Materials, the Licensee shall provide the Agency in writing with further details of such Licensee Improvements within 30 days of such request.
