Delivery of Water Supply. Homewood shall deliver Water to Flossmoor at the Point of Connection/Point of Delivery. Homewood shall convey the Flossmoor Supply Line by bill of sale and grant to Flossmoor a permanent non-exclusive easement to maintain, repair and replace this water line as may be necessary from time to time.

Related to Delivery of Water Supply

  • Delivery of Services Axon personnel will work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., except holidays. Axon will perform all on-site tasks over a consecutive timeframe. Axon will not charge Agency travel time by Axon personnel to Agency premises as work hours.

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.

  • Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable tariff.
