Common use of Dental and Optical Insurance Clause in Contracts

Dental and Optical Insurance. The Board shall provide to the employee dental insurance and a vision care insurance package as determined by the Health Wellness Committee. If an employee chooses to take the annuity with dental coverage, the Board’s annual contribution will be $305.60 for Single Subscriber, $616.00 for Two Person and $1,068.00 for Full Family.
