DEPENDENT CARE REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT. The County will administer a Dependent Care Reimbursement Account that will allow eligible employees the opportunity to allocate a specific amount of biweekly pre-tax salary into the employee’s dependent care reimbursement account to pay for dependent care expenses as permitted by state and federal law, regulations and guidelines and as permitted by the County’s Section 125 Plan document.
