Deschutes Basin Coordination and Planning, Project and Policy Support. The selected Consultant may also provide additional technical support in the various basin-wide water management and planning efforts ongoing in the basin. The main focus will be participation in follow on efforts related to the recently completed Upper Deschutes Basin Study through the Basin Study Work Group (BSWG), and now participation in the Deschutes Basin Water Collaborative (DBWC). Additional objectives of this task are to ensure planning efforts are well informed, do not negatively impact the City, and where possible promote the City’s objectives. Activities may include but are not limited to: • Attend meetings of the Deschutes Basin Water Collaborative (DBWC) and related subgroups as required for completing next steps developed from recommendations developed in the Basin Plan reports and other study refinements going forward. • Attend meetings of Deschutes Basin water groups such as: the Deschutes River Conservancy (DRC), Deschutes Basin Board of Control (DBBC), Basin Water Managers, Central Oregon Cities Organization (COCO) and the Upper Deschutes Watershed Council. • Attend and participate on related planning efforts such as the COID Water Marketing Grant, Rulemaking efforts around water rights, groundwater mitigation, and related long term water supply actions. • Every week attend brief Water Core Team updates or provide e-mail updates describing any planning/water management developments associated with the above described organizations.

The main focus will be participation in the Reclamation Water Smart Basin Study through the Basin Study Work Group (BSWG). Additional objectives of this task are to ensure planning efforts are well informed, do not negatively impact the City, and where possible promote the City’s objectives. Activities may include but are not limited to:  Attend meetings of the Basin Study Work Group (BSWG) and related subgroups as required for completion of the final Plan of Study agreed to by participants in the Bureau of Reclamation Basin Study.  Attend meetings of the Deschutes Water Alliance (DWA), Deschutes River Conservancy (DRC), Deschutes Basin Board of Control (DBBC), Basin Water Managers, Central Oregon Cities Organization (COCO) and the Upper Deschutes Watershed Council.  Provide review, analysis and comment in consultation with City Staff on study documents produced as a result of or used within the basin study process.  Every two weeks provide a brief e-mail update to the City’s Leadership Team describing any planning/water management developments associated with the above described organizations.

  • Operation and Maintenance Manuals Receipts for transmittal of Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Brochures and Data to the Design Professional (or Commissioning Agent) as required by Section 6.1.1.5.

  • Data Protection Impact Assessment and Prior Consultation Processor shall provide reasonable assistance to the Company with any data protection impact assessments, and prior consultations with Supervising Authorities or other competent data privacy authorities, which Company reasonably considers to be required by article 35 or 36 of the GDPR or equivalent provisions of any other Data Protection Law, in each case solely in relation to Processing of Company Personal Data by, and taking into account the nature of the Processing and information available to, the Contracted Processors.
