Design, Build and Test. The design, build and test activities will ensure that the Hosting Services, Technical Services and Service Management Services (collectively known as Operational Services) are ready for migration. There will be a series of technical design, build and test activities to ensure that the Authority Applications and Technical Services can operate as designed on the Hosting Services. The Hosting Services will consist of Cloud hosting services and certain Data Centre services and the Supplier will manage the procurement or commissioning of any assets or services required. The Technical Services will also be designed during this stage which will enable the Authority to operate its ICT function and services under its Target Operating Model. The Hosting Services shall be designed to align to the Authority ICT Strategy and to deliver the requirements as defined in Annex 1 Implementation Requirements. The Hosting Services will reuse or redeploy Existing Assets, Authority Assets or software licences within Existing Contracts as set out in the Appendices to Schedule 11 (Existing Assets and Existing Contracts and Authority Assets) or may involve the purchase of new assets and licences. The design shall comply with the Service Management Services Requirements as detailed in Annex 3 and shall deliver the applicable Implementation Requirements detailed in Annex 1.

In addition, the Engineer shall prepare the Design Summary Report (DSR) and submit it electronically. The Engineer shall obtain written concurrence from the State prior to proceeding with a design if any questions arise during the design process regarding the applicability of State’s design criteria.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Design Phase All Basic Services set forth in the Agreement with the exception of Interdisciplinary Document Coordination Review, conducting a Card Trick session, Value-Engineering services, Estimating services.   • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.
