Design Codes and Parameters. All reserved matters applications shall include a statement to demonstrate how the reserved matters have been prepared in accordance with the approved Parameter Plans, principles of the Design Codes (as amended in May 2019) and the Development Specification & Parameter Plans (December 2017 and May 2019). The approved Parameter Plans are listed below: • Site Location & Planning Application Boundary – 1103_07_001 P3; • Basements -1103_07_002 P3; • Development Zones –1103_07_003 P4; • Public Realm - 1103_07_004 P6; • Building Lines – Ground Floor - 1103_07_005 P4; • Building Lines – Middle Floors - 1103_07_006 P4; • Building Lines – Upper - 1103_07_007 P4; • Ground Floor Land Use and Primary Frontage - 1103_07_008 P4; • Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx Xxx - 0000_00_000 X0; • Minimum Heights - 1103_07_010 P1; • Maximum Heights - 1103_07_011 P5; • Existing Site Levels - 1103_07_012 P3; • Proposed Xxxx Xxxxxx - 0000_00_000 X0; • Access and Circulation Routes - 1103_07_014 P3; • Demolition - 1103_07_0015 P2; and • Proposed Construction Planning - 1103_07_105 P3. To ensure full compliance with the planning application hereby approved, be consistent with the principles of good master planning and prevent harm arising through deviations from the approved Parameter Plans and Design Codes, in accordance with the NPPF 2018, Policies 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6, 7.7, 7.8, 7.9 and 7.21 of the London Plan 2016 and Policies WCRA, WCRA1, DC1, DC2, DC3 and DC8 of the Local Plan 2018.

  • Design Criteria and Standards All PROJECTS/SERVICES shall be performed in accordance with instructions, criteria and standards set forth by the DIRECTOR.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Effect of Addenda, Bulletins, and Change Orders No special implication, interpretation, construction, connotation, denotation, import, or meaning shall be assigned to any provision of the Contract Documents because of changes created by the issuance of any (1) Addendum, (2) Bulletin, or (3) Change Order other than the precise meaning that the Contract Documents would have had if the provision thus created had read originally as it reads subsequent to the (1) Addendum, (2) Bulletin, or (3) Change Order by which it was created.

  • Specifications That part of the Contract Documents consisting of written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards, and workmanship as applied to the Work, and certain administrative requirements and procedural matters applicable thereto. The term "Specifications" shall also include all written matter in the Project Manual or on the drawings and any Addenda or Change Orders thereto.

  • Implementation Specifications 1. The accounting shall contain the date, nature, and purpose of such disclosures, and the name and address of the person or agency to whom the disclosure is made.

  • Ownership of Drawings and Specifications All Drawings, Specifications and copies thereof furnished by the A/E are to remain A/E’s property. These documents are not to be used on any other project, and with the exception of one contract set for each party to the Contract, are to be returned to the A/E, upon request, following completion of the Work.

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.

  • COVID-19 Protocols Contractor will abide by all applicable COVID-19 protocols set forth in the District’s Reopening and COVID-19 Mitigation Plan and the safety guidelines for COVID-19 prevention established by the California Department of Public Health and the Ventura County Department of Public Health.

  • Specifications and Standards a) All articles supplied shall strictly conform to the specifications, trademark laid down in the bidding document and wherever articles have been required according to ISI/ ISO/ other applicable specifications/ certifications/ standards, those articles should conform strictly to those specifications/ certifications/ standards. The supply shall be of best quality and description. The decision of the competent authority/ purchase committee whether the articles supplied conforms to the specifications shall be final and binding on the supplier/ selected bidder.
