Design Review & Specifications Changes. The Parties may mutually agree in writing upon additions, deletions and other changes to the Software which may affect the Specifications at any time during the Term; provided, however, such additions, deletions and other changes to the Software shall be provided by BI to Microsoft * to Microsoft, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties.

Navitel understands that there may be additions, deletions or other changes which may affect the Specifications at any time during the term of any Work Plan and this Agreement. Upon notice of any such changes by Microsoft, Navitel and Microsoft shall work together to make any necessary changes to the Specifications, and Navitel shall alter the Services and the applicable Work Plan (if necessary) in order to accommodate any such changes to the Specifications.

Upon notice of any such changes by Microsoft, bsquare and Microsoft shall work together to make any necessary changes to the Services, including, if necessary, the compensation owed to bsquare and bsquare shall alter the Work Plan in order to accommodate any such changes as mutually agreed to by bsquare and Microsoft.
