Design Team Site Visits Sample Clauses

Design Team Site Visits. Periodic site visits by Consultant’s project manager or project engineer will be conducted when significant construction is occurring, as important issues may need to be addressed, or as otherwise requested by the City. The purpose of these visits will be to address questions regarding the contract documents, assist with resolving project difficulties, review the progress of the work and review the construction work to confirm that it is proceeding in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents.
