Company may purchase additional Designated Contacts at additional cost. Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain consistent Designated Contacts during the term of this Agreement. Company may not use a single Designated Contact to act as a mere forwarding service for other Company personnel.

Designated Contacts. Once Escalation has been requested, each party will designate individuals with the responsibilities listed below and will promptly report these designates and their telephone numbers to the other party's Operational Contact. An individual may fulfil multiple roles, provided he/she can carry out the described responsibilities. Once designated, the individuals will establish and maintain direct contact with their counterparts until the escalation is closed as described below.
Designated Contacts. Each party will designate in each Statement of Work an individual who will be the primary point of contact (the “Primary Contact”) between the parties for all matters relating to the Services to be performed thereunder. A party may designate a new Primary Contact by written notice to the other party.
Designated Contacts. Alliacense and PDS shall establish Project Contacts that will be responsible for continuous, substantive and appropriate communications between Alliacense and PDS regarding the status of the Project, and the on-going requirements, demands, priorities, adjustments and like.

Designated Contacts. The City shall designate its contact with the County for any and all issues which may arise under this Agreement. The County designates the Xxxxx County Engineer as its contact with the City for any and all issues which may arise under this Agreement. The County and the City contacts may also consult with each other from time to time on the status of mutual relations and the terms of this Agreement. To the extent that any administration of this Agreement becomes necessary, then the parties’ contacts, or their successors, shall constitute a joint board for such purpose, and each party shall have an equal vote in any decision that needs to be made.
