Designated Service Levels. Vendor shall perform the Designated Services in accordance with the Designated Service Levels and in accordance with Exhibit 5.
Designated Service Levels. IBM shall perform the Designated Services in accordance with the Designated Service Levels. The Service Level Credits and the Earnback Credits referred to in SECTION 7.08 shall become effective in accordance with EXHIBIT 5.
Designated Service Levels. TransWorks shall perform the Designated Services in accordance with the Designated Service Levels set forth on Schedule A.
Designated Service Levels. The Parties shall at all times from and after perform their obligations hereunder in accordance with service levels and performance standards mutually agreed on from time to time between Company and Service Provider ("Service Standards"). The Service Standards shall be measured and reported on a monthly basis and reviewed for compliance by Product Managers on a quarterly basis. Per Exhibit M, the Company and the Service Provider have agreed that either party will not seek monetary penalties for non-compliance to the standards.
Designated Service Levels. As of the Effective Date, Fiserv shall provide Designated Services at or better than the levels of service set forth in Exhibit 5.1, which Northern Trust represents and warrants are the corresponding levels of service as of the Effective Date (collectively, "Designated Service Levels"). Exhibit 5.1 shall designate the service levels which have client impact. Failure to meet those service levels will result in Fiserv paying Northern Trust in the form of Fiserv Credits, in the case of Designated Services performed by Fiserv hereunder, or Northern Trust will pay Fiserv in the form of Northern Trust Credits, in the case of Fiserv Acquired Services, all as described in Sections 31.3 and 31.4 hereof.
Designated Service Levels. BETA shall perform the Services at least in accordance with the Service Levels set forth in Exhibit 4. All Services for which there are no defined Service Levels shall be performed at levels that a provider of similar services would provide to its customers.

The Service Standards shall be measured and reported on a monthly basis and reviewed for compliance by Product Managers on a quarterly basis. The initial Service Standards and Expedite and Late Delivery Fees are set forth on Exhibit N. The initial Service Standards must be agreed to by June 1, 2000. Both parties shall be subject to full accountability of Service Standards on and after January 1, 2001.
